MEETING of the Screening Subcommittee of the Burrillville Town Council to be held Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI.

1. Motion to accept the minutes of the subcommittee meeting held February 13, 2013 and dispense with the reading of said minutes; to be considered and acted on.
2. Review and act on applications for reappointments for various boards:
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Richard R. Dionne to the Conservation Commission for a three-year term to expire March 31, 2016; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Newton Stevens to the Burrillville Extended Care for a three-year term to expire October 31, 2015; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Michael Lupis to the Planning Board for a three-year term to expire March 31, 2016; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Jeffrey Partington to the Planning Board for a three-year term to expire March 31, 2016; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Marc J. Tremblay to the Planning Board for a three-year term to expire March 31, 2016; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Kurt E. Carlson to the Conservation Commission for a three-year term to expire March 31, 2016; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Raymond Cloutier to the Zoning Board of Review for a five-year term to expire March 31, 2018; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Sandra Cooney to the Zoning Board of Review for a one-year term to expire March 31, 2014; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of George Keeling Jr. to the Zoning Board of Review for a five-year term to expire March 31, 2018; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Edmund Varin to the Zoning Board of Review for a one-year term to expire March 31, 2014; to be considered and acted on.
